You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
The Posh Peptide LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, limit, cancel, or terminate any order at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, misuse, policy violations, product availability issues, pricing or listing errors, regulatory concerns, or any other circumstance deemed necessary by The Posh Peptide LLC. In the event an order is canceled after payment has been received, a refund may be issued at The Posh Peptide LLC's discretion in accordance with our policies.
Due to the sensitive nature of our products and applicable regulatory requirements, all sales are final. The Posh Peptide LLC does not accept returns, issue refunds, or allow order cancellations once an order has been placed, regardless of delivery status.
Once a shipment is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. The Posh Peptide LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery, including theft from porches, mailrooms, front desks, lockers, or other delivery locations. Refunds, credits, or replacements will not be issued for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
In the event of a verified The Posh Peptide LLC fulfillment or shipping error, such as incorrect items, missing items, or damage incurred during transit prior to delivery, customers must notify The Posh Peptide LLC within seven (7) calendar days of the carrier's delivery date. This reporting window is firm. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe will be denied without exception.

Upon confirmation of an eligible shipping or fulfillment error caused by The Posh Peptide LLC, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a replacement of the affected items. Cash refunds, store credits, or alternative compensation are not guaranteed and are not provided for delivered, refused, or stolen packages.
Chargebacks submitted for delivered, refused, or stolen packages will be disputed using carrier confirmation, delivery records, and the customer's agreement to these Terms.
By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using the Services, you expressly consent to receive communications from The Posh Peptide LLC, including but not limited to transactional, operational, support-related, and marketing communications, via email, SMS/text message, and other electronic means, using the contact information you provide.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You acknowledge that consent to receive communications is not a condition of purchase and that you may opt out of non-transactional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in our emails or replying STOP to any SMS message. Transactional and service-related communications (including order confirmations, shipping notifications, account notices, and support responses) may continue as permitted by law.
